One court line, and what the processor does with it now

This note matches the processor as of 15 October 2026. IS and ARE stay the now-time verb. The operative cipher stays position, lodial, fact: 5>6>7. The processor does not switch verbs to a gerund-only -ING line, and it does not adopt a six-slot school diagram.

Not legal advice. A structure score is not a prediction of a ruling. A court caption can stay in court form. Correct the body: the facts, the names, and the amounts.

Incoming
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT THE DEFENDANT SHALL FORTHWITH PAY.
  • IT — pronoun (~4~), including in IT IS. The fact-name is absent.
  • IS — the now-time verb (~2~). A second IS or ARE on the same line is a structure warning.
  • HEREBY — an adverb with no fact. The processor moves it to WITH THIS CLAIM.
  • ORDERED — past time (~8~). Contract mode writes the present stem.
  • SHALL and FORTHWITH — future (~9~) and an adverb. SHALL becomes IS. FORTHWITH becomes IN THIS RECORD.
  • PAY — a verb with no position–lodial–fact close.
Outgoing shape
FOR THE PAYING OF THE SUM IS BY THE LIVING-MAN :GIVEN-NAME:

The cipher on that shape is 5, 6, 7, then 5, 6, 7, then one IS, then 5, 6, 7. Read it forward and backward after ANALYZE.

Pronouns and lodials

  • Pronouns (~4~): I, ME, HE, SHE, IT, THEY, THEM, HIM, US, WE, YOU, WHO, WHOM, WHICH.
  • Lodials (~6~): HIS, HER, MY, YOUR, OUR, plus A, AN, THE, THIS, and THAT. They are not pronouns.
  • I personally saw keeps I and adds BY THE PERSONAL-KNOWLEDGE OF THE FACT. The processor does not invent a second I.

Future words

TO, SHALL, WILL, WOULD, and MAY become IS when the claim is present. MUST and CAN are marked ~9~ for a hand rewrite. They are not auto-replaced, so a line such as CAN CREATE stays intact until you rewrite it.

Positions and set phrases

OF, BY, FOR, WITH, IN, and OVER are positions (~5~). AT, UNDER, and BEFORE are review, not ~5~. AT DEATH stays AT DEATH. It does not become IN THE DEATH.

Phrase targets

  • IN THE EVENT THAT, and IF → WITH THE CONDITION OF
  • NOTWITHSTANDING, and IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT → WITH THE FACT
  • DUE TO THE FACT THAT, and INASMUCH AS → BY THE FACT
  • THE FACT THAT → THE FACT
  • THE SAME → THE IDENTICAL-FACT
  • THEREOF and THEREFROM → OF THIS RECORD
  • WHEREIN, THEREFORE, and FORTHWITH → IN THIS RECORD
  • RECORD RECTIFICATION → RECORD-RECTIFICATION
  • UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY → UNDER THE PENALTY-OF-PERJURY

Name-form

JOHN DOE and DOE, JOHN with no hyphen are flagged as a name-form. The living claim on a QPSG line is :GIVEN-NAME: with hyphens and colon seals. A caption can stay in the court form. The flag is a parse-claim inside this framework. It is not a dictionary definition and not a court holding.

Two scores

The analysis summary counts structure: positions, lodials, pronouns, and warnings. That count is not a stranger’s score of your case, and it is not a forecast of what a court will do. Learn states the limit in Two scores and the limit. Parse-claims such as MORT-GAGE live in Parse-claims and name-form.

How to run it

  1. Paste the incoming court line into the processor.
  2. ANALYZE. Check IT, HEREBY, SHALL, and FORTHWITH on the grid.
  3. PREVIEW. Confirm AT DEATH, if you added it, is still AT DEATH.
  4. Read the certification panel if the outgoing line has two position–lodial–fact groups.
